About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist. As a specialist public health nurse, you will be responsible for promoting and improving health outcomes in the community. You will have an active role in identifying and prioritizing interventions based on complexity of need.

You will have excellent communication skills and may be involved in facilitating Preparation for Birth and Beyond groups, developing digital platforms to enhance ways of working with children, young people, and families, and working within evidence-based pathways and interventions.
