Job Title: Duty Manager and Front of House Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at the Cardrona Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bar and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service
  • Supervise and train front of house staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that all aspects of the hotel are running smoothly
  • Be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Current LCQ/Duty Manager's certificate
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in the job
