Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our client's procurement functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support procurement functions within the business, including maintaining and improving supplier networks.
* Negotiate pricing and lead times to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
* Forecast products and understand business needs.
* Maintain accurate records and databases.
* Provide administrative support, including raising purchase orders and liaising with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration or a related field.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
