Working Hours: Monday - Friday, office hours

Support buying and procurement functions within the business.
Maintain and improve supplier network, including developing new supplier relationships.
Provide purchasing administration support such as raising Purchase Orders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and databases.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
Administrative support across business managers
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
