We are seeking an experienced Operational Management Specialist to join our team as the Secretariat Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing work programmes and supporting LRF sub groups
  • Facilitating presentations to stakeholders and assisting with training
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to command and control cells and supporting the national risk assessment process

This is a full-time position based at the Tri Service Centre in Quedgeley, Gloucester. We offer competitive salary and benefits, including flexible working arrangements and career development opportunities.

**What we offer:**

  • Competitive salary: £50,788 - £52,805 per annum
