Digital Experience Project Manager

We're seeking a skilled Digital Experience Project Manager to join our team at WWF-UK. As a key member of our digital team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a transformed digital experience for our supporters, colleagues, and operations.

About the Role

As a Digital Experience Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering a significant digital systems investment programme, including CMS and related digital capabilities. You'll collaborate with project teams working across all our systems projects to coordinate plans, interdependencies, and risks. Your expertise will be essential in solving problems, managing risk and issues, communicating and managing change, and ensuring users are trained to make the best use of new systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience of successfully project managing digital system implementations
  • Managing multiple stakeholders across business units with different needs and audiences
  • Using a range of project management techniques and software
  • Managing digital transformation projects (an advantage)
  • Excellent communication, influencing, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence with planning and managing project budgets, timelines, reporting, and managing risks and issues

This role is hybrid, and you'll be required to be in the office 20% of your contracted hours. The job is based at our UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey. The Living Planet Centre is one of the greenest buildings in the UK, and you'll hot desk among trees and gardens.
