About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Programme Lead to join our team at WWF-UK. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in delivering a transformed digital experience for our supporters, colleagues, and operations.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading digital or systems transformation projects and teams across charity or private sector. You will be responsible for mobilising and communicating the vision for the programme, setting up its structure and project team, recruiting and managing suppliers, and collaborating with colleagues.

As owner of the DX Programme roadmap, you will oversee delivery of agreed phases and work packages, align with other systems investment projects, engage stakeholders, ensure effective reporting, and manage internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead digital or systems transformation projects and teams across charity or private sector.
  2. Develop and communicate the programme vision, structure, and project team.
  3. Recruit and manage suppliers, and collaborate with colleagues.
  4. Oversee delivery of agreed phases and work packages, align with other systems investment projects.
  5. Engage stakeholders, ensure effective reporting, and manage internal and external resources.

This role is hybrid and you'll be required to be in the office 20% of your contracted hours. The job is based at our UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey.
