About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Programme Lead to join our team at WWF-UK. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in delivering a transformed digital experience for our supporters, colleagues, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mobilise and communicate the vision for the programme, setting up its structure and project team
  • Recruit and manage suppliers, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver a best-in-class digital experience
  • Oversee delivery of agreed phases and work packages, align with other systems investment projects, and engage stakeholders
  • Ensure effective reporting and manage internal and external resources
Requirements
  • Experience in leading digital or systems transformation projects and teams across charity or private sector
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their role in transforming the supporter/employee experience
  • Used to leading and delivering major systems investment programmes, and using project management methodology
  • Experience of delivering and innovating digital products/experiences
  • Experience of digital and business strategy, and translating user needs into a roadmap for delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing project teams and key suppliers, ensuring collaborative relationships that deliver programme objectives, within time and budget constraints
Benefits and Rewards
  • Salary: £54,657 - £60,000
  • Annual leave starting at 26 days a year, rising one day each year to a maximum of 31 days plus bank holidays
