We are seeking an experienced digital transformation leader to drive our procurement transformation programme, working closely with Supply Chain and Technology teams to deliver strategic procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive digital procurement transformation strategy
  • Design and deliver business cases for transformation initiatives
  • Drive programme delivery and oversee change management implementation
  • Orchestrate collaboration between Supply Chain operations and Technology teams
  • Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge digital procurement solutions
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in digital procurement or 'Buying' transformation
  • Strong track record in leading complex programmes within FMCG or manufacturing
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
  • Commercial acumen and business case development expertise
  • Proven track record as a Programme Manager or Transformation Manager working in a similar environment
  • Change management experience
  • Project Methodology experience (Lead Six Sigma, MSP)
