Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Benefit Service team as a Benefits Administrator.
As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for assessing customer applications for Universal Credit and awarding Local Council Tax Support and Free School Meals.
You will work closely with a team of Benefits Officers to ensure prompt and accurate processing of claims on our Revenues and Benefits IT systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service to our residents.
