Red 5 People is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide assistance to a young girl with a learning disability in her own home and within the local community.

**Job Summary:**
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the individual with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, domestic support, and mobility.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide personal care and support to the individual, including assistance with daily living tasks
* Assist with domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
* Support the individual with mobility and transportation
* Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the individual, promoting their independence and well-being

**Requirements:**
* Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A driver with a full clean license is preferable but not essential

**What We Offer:**
* A competitive hourly rate of £11.44
* 5.6 weeks paid annual leave
* Workplace pension scheme
