About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading property consultancy in the South West as a Head of Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading a Property Management team, experience with Commercial Property and/or Lease & Block Management, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Direct management of a team of 15 staff
  • Full responsibility for managing the Property Management Service offering
  • Managing annual budgets and forecasting
  • Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and service charge administration
  • Assisting with the management of a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties
