We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team at Alexander Jack. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to launch, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
About the Role:
You will act as the primary point of contact between external clients and internal teams, coordinating solutions and ensuring project success. With full ownership of planning and executing projects, you will develop your project management skills and make real decisions in a fast-paced, media-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from inception to launch, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact between external clients and internal teams, coordinating solutions and ensuring project success.
- Take full ownership of planning and executing projects, developing your project management skills and making real decisions in a fast-paced, media-led environment.
- Internal stakeholder management of various teams throughout the project delivery cycle, external senior client stakeholder management, leading digital/live projects that make a real difference in health outcomes for all.
- Strong training to increase your PM potential, Wellbeing services play a key part in the companies approach to provide progressive employee support.
Requirements:
- 2 years' commercial experience in a supporting related role in Project Management, Event Management, or from a similar position in a busy project-based environment.
- Healthcare knowledge in some form does help but is NOT required (as they can train) however, you are likely to understand busy content-led environments such as events, communications, publishing, media agency or similar busy project delivery-led environments.
- Desire to learn, get things done, be resilient and enjoy the challenges of working effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
