Marketing Project Coordinator

Fortrea is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely and efficient project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and track various marketing programs, including email, event, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
- Support the marketing team by overseeing logistics for events, managing media plans, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Build project management plans, track progress, and report metrics of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Traffic experience from an advertising agency or equivalent.
- Paid media planning experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
- PMP certification preferred.
