Marketing Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team at Lifelancer. As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely and efficient project completion, and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and track various marketing programs, including email, event, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
- Support the marketing team by overseeing logistics for events, managing media plans, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage the flow of tasks, coordinate with different teams, and improve processes.
- Track and report metrics of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Traffic experience from an advertising agency or equivalent.
- Paid media planning experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
- PMP certification preferred.
