We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at C&E Recruitment. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest levels of service are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and train team members across the operation to support the development of a high-performing team
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to implement effective strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor to ensure optimal profitability
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menus and promotions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior food and beverage management role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
