The One Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Operations Manager to join their team in Wisbech. This is a fantastic opportunity to build valuable and trusted relationships with the management team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

As a Strategic Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective business partnering around commercial performance to support key decision making. You will work closely with the management team to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to communicate complex financial information effectively. You will also have the opportunity to work in the office a minimum of one day a week.

The salary for this role is up to £60,000 per annum, plus a bonus and many other competitive benefits.
