Starbucks Store Managers play a pivotal role in driving business success by leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Main responsibilities include:
- Driving sales growth through effective store management and team leadership.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Motivating and directing a team of baristas and shift managers to achieve key performance indicators.
- Maintaining the highest standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Collaborating with district managers and other store leaders to achieve company objectives.
Requirements for Success:
- Proven experience in retail or hospitality management, with a strong track record of team leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Fundamental knowledge of financial management, inventory control, and data analysis.
Compensation Package:
- A highly competitive salary up to £29,500 per annum.
