About the Role:

  • Provide person-centred care to Residents living in our care homes, advocating for their needs and delivering high-quality nursing care.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action, attending safeguarding training as required.
