Job Summary:

The Neonatal Nursing team at The Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley is seeking an experienced Senior Charge Nurse/Midwife to join their multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

This permanent, part-time post involves a rotational shift pattern of 34 hours per week. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing care needs and developing programs of care, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

You will also deputise in the absence of the Designated Senior Charge Nurse, providing cover to ensure effective clinical area operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Neonatal nursing, with a recognised qualification
  • Ability to demonstrate family-centred care and continuing professional development
  • Understanding of neonatal services and specific patient needs
  • Sound knowledge of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde policies, procedures, and strategies

What We Offer:

NHS National Health Service Scotland provides competitive salaries, including a salary range of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience (Pro Rata for part-time hours).
