Team Assistant Job Description

Marcilly Recruitment Ltd, a leading recruitment firm specialising in human resources and administrative support, is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to provide high-level administrative assistance to their Senior Leadership Team.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and organised individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and transformation of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing complex administration and record-keeping in a hybrid office environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension, hybrid working, 25 days holiday, and cycle-to-work scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diary management support for senior leaders
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, including booking physical rooms and online meeting facilities
  • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings and document follow-up actions as required
  • Manage correspondence, including incoming mail and email, phone calls, and packages

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of complex administration and record-keeping in a hybrid office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities
  • Proactive attitude and ability to demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to work
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and communication tools like MS Teams and Zoom
