Key Responsibilities- Investigate customer complaints and feedback, providing high-quality responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide quality assurance and ensure consistency and accuracy of responses.
- Conduct audits of complaints cases and prepare case files for the Housing Ombudsman Service.
- Provide support for colleagues in preparing Final Review responses.
- Develop and implement new or improved services to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience in the investigation of customer feedback and complaints.
- Experience in multi-channel responses to customer feedback, including written and verbal communication.
- Experience of complaint audits and dealing with sensitive and controversial issues.
- Ability to work in partnership with colleagues and external stakeholders at an operational level.
- Ability to influence teams and processes to resolve complex issues.
- Previous experience working in the housing sector is advantageous.
- Driving license and DBS check required.
