Sourcing Compliance Manager

The Sourcing Compliance and Reporting Manager is a critical role within Dover Fueling Solutions, responsible for ensuring the company's sourcing processes are compliant with all relevant regulations and laws. This position requires a strong understanding of strategic sourcing, contract management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sourcing compliance strategy, ensuring all processes are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with sourcing and contract management.
- Design and implement reporting dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the sourcing function.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proven track record of process improvement and analytics-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP and Power BI systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office packages, with the ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards.
