Sourcing Compliance Manager

The Sourcing Compliance and Reporting Manager is a critical role within Dover Fueling Solutions, responsible for ensuring the company's sourcing processes are compliant with all relevant regulations and laws. This position requires a strong understanding of strategic sourcing, contract management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sourcing compliance strategy, ensuring all processes are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with sourcing and contract management.
- Design and implement effective reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide tactical support to the sourcing team, ensuring day-to-day operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including conflict minerals, ethical trading, and other relevant laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective reporting mechanisms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with sourcing and contract management.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a high-volume production setting.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Power BI systems, with the ability to develop and deploy effective reporting solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
