As a key member of our Water & Energy department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely and safe completion of tasks, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Obtain tasks using PDA software and ensure timely completion of work allocated
* Provide excellent customer service, discussing recommendations and service plans with clients
* Conduct visual risk assessments and report any concerns to the line manager
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including feedback on parts used
* Participate in on-the-job training and personal development courses
* Liaise with customers and office staff to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of electrical or mechanical engineering experience
* Electrically competent and physically fit to perform the role
* Clean driving license and ability to pass a driving license check
* IT literate, especially in MS products and PDA reporting systems
* Proven ability to fault find in demanding environments
