We are seeking an exceptional Childcare Manager to join our Midcounties Co-op team. As a key member of our nursery leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our early years provision.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of childcare professionals, supporting them to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of all children. You will take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments, ensuring that we consistently meet the standards set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

With a focus on collaboration and teamwork, you will work closely with our Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children. Your passion for early years education and development will shine through in your approach, inspiring and motivating both colleagues and children alike.

Salary: £29,500 - £33,500 per annum, dependent on experience

Requirements
  • Full and relevant level 3 qualification
  • An Enhanced DBS check
  • Inspirational leadership skills, with a passion for early years education and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
