Senior Business Development Manager Role

Austin Fraser is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and revenue in its technology services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, ideally with MSP experience.
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive basic salary up to £50,000, car allowance, and an industry-leading commission structure with monthly and quarterly bonuses. Additional benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday leave, and more.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at commercial clients.
- Collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Managing a sales pipeline, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations for managed IT services.
