About the Role
We are seeking a Branch Growth Manager to lead our department, focusing on commercial growth and sales performance. As a commercially-minded leader, you will be responsible for driving team results and contributing to the overall branch growth.
The ideal candidate will have retail management or front-line customer service experience, with a proven track record in stakeholder management or project management. You will be required to develop and mentor partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will showcase solid leadership and communication skills, taking on occasional responsibilities as Duty Manager and Deputy Head of Branch. Your enthusiasm for selling and coaching will enable you to delight our customers and drive business growth.
