Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Balancing time between Restaurant & Bar departments to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
  • Championing restaurant & bar knowledge and developing future managers within the team.
  • Ensuring service is speedy and efficient in all departments to maximise covers.
  • Managing rotas, stock control, consumables ordering, sales driving, team training, appraisals for the Bar & Restaurant department.
