About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice ICT Engineer. This exciting opportunity will provide technical support across our Product, Service Desk, and DevOps teams, monitoring existing services and implementing new systems, while providing high levels of support to our clients.

This role will provide cover for our international partners, with the hours of work being 12pm - 8pm, Monday to Friday. As an Apprentice ICT Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop existing technical skills, perhaps gained from an undergraduate degree in software development or similar, and receive support and training to further your development career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose complex issues in a logical manner
  • Provide strong customer service experience
  • Work with other stakeholders, internal or external, to achieve problem resolution
  • Manage expectations and provide clear guidance in writing
  • Previous exposure to AWS and/or other cloud service providers
  • Some coding experience, ideally JavaScript or Python
  • Expand knowledge and skills via a combination of hands-on experience, and formal training
