About Our FacilitiesWe have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Legal Officer to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Harwell, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our legal department, you will contribute significantly to ensuring our legal and contractual framework is compliant and up-to-date.
Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
Job Description and ResponsibilitiesAs a Legal Officer, your primary duties will include:
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance;
- Providing expert advice and guidance on legal matters to the management team and other departments;
- Maintaining and updating our legal and contractual framework to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
You will work collaboratively with our management team to ensure that our business operations are conducted in a manner that meets all applicable laws and regulations.
Essential Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- In-depth knowledge of English law and regulatory requirements;
- Proven experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance;
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
