The Talent Inclusion Advisory Group plays a crucial role in advancing Sport England's talent inclusion strategy. As a member of this group, you will provide expert advice on how to effectively implement our strategy and strengthen connections between athletic development pathways and various programs.

We are seeking passionate individuals with experience in equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives or a background in sports, such as coaching, supporting athletes, or involvement as a parent or guardian of young athletes. A genuine passion for promoting inclusion and diversity in sports is essential.

As a member of the Talent Inclusion Advisory Group, you can expect to meet four times a year during office hours. While our London offices in Canary Wharf are the primary location, online attendance is available for those who find travel difficult.

Sport England recognises the value of diversity and promotes equality. We welcome job applications from people of all backgrounds, particularly from under-represented groups, including disabled people and those from culturally diverse communities.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on the UK average salary for similar roles in the sports industry. Please note that salaries may vary depending on individual circumstances.
