A leading London-based university seeks an accomplished HR Team Leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional administrative support services across its Schools and Directorates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a team of administrators in providing high-quality HR administration services, including pay changes and contractual documentation.
- Cultivate seamless day-to-day implementation of HR processes, ensuring timely escalations and resolutions.
- Deliver regular SAP reports, analysing data to inform workload management strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with UKVI requirements.
- Promote efficient HR filing systems.
About the Role:
- Holds a CIPD or CIPP qualification.
- Demonstrable expertise in SAP HR is essential.
- In-depth understanding of payroll from an HR perspective.
- Proven experience in full-range HR/Payroll processes covering the employee lifecycle.
- Effective team supervision, leadership, and management skills.
Estimated Annual Salary: £42,000 - £48,000
