Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team of administrators in providing high-quality HR administration services, including pay changes and contractual documentation.
  • Cultivate seamless day-to-day implementation of HR processes, ensuring timely escalations and resolutions.
  • Deliver regular SAP reports, analysing data to inform workload management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with UKVI requirements.
  • Promote efficient HR filing systems.

About the Role:

  • Holds a CIPD or CIPP qualification.
  • Demonstrable expertise in SAP HR is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll from an HR perspective.
  • Proven experience in full-range HR/Payroll processes covering the employee lifecycle.
  • Effective team supervision, leadership, and management skills.

Estimated Annual Salary: £42,000 - £48,000
