Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Resilience Specialist to join our team at Citibank, N.A. United Kingdom. As a key member of our Corporate Services department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing continuity planning strategies to ensure business resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of continuity planning strategies to mitigate operational risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Support the creation of resolution plans in the UK/Europe, including the execution of Operations and Technology owned capability tests.
  • Produce detailed analyses, written documentation, and management presentations to support Citi's Resolution Plan submissions to regulators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet resolution planning regulatory requirements.
  • Develop resolution plan procedure documents (playbooks) and describe process flows used for executing plans.
  • Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy in decision-making, with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Financial Services organization, with a focus on Operations and Technology.
  • Understanding of operational resilience, third-party management, resolution planning, and recovery planning.
  • Advanced project management, data analysis, and reporting skills, with a good understanding of supporting technologies.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, with a master's degree preferred.
