Operational Risk Manager

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a skilled Operational Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational risk policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business units and other risk management teams to identify and address operational risk issues.
  • Monitor and report on operational risk metrics and trends to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk management teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex operational risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational risk management.
