Job Title: Operational Risk Manager

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team in Belfast. As an Operational Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to management on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational risk issues.
  • Develop and maintain risk management reports and dashboards to provide visibility into operational risk exposures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on operational risk management best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
