**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices sales, with a focus on surgical solutions. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans* Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets* Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in medical devices sales, with a focus on surgical solutions* Strong understanding of the UK market and customer needs* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnology preferred

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
