Elite Surgical Sales Director

Company Overview: A renowned UK-based Medical Device company excels in the Haemostasis and single use surgical market, serving various settings including Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, Urosurgery, Ophthalmology, ENT, Dermatology, and General Surgery.
Salary: The role offers a base salary up to £90k, complemented by 20-25% commission, resulting in an estimated total package of over £110k. Additionally, you will receive a £7,000 per annum car allowance as part of your corporate benefits.
Job Description: As a First Line National Sales Manager, you will lead a team of five Key Account Managers who sell a gold standard haemostasis/wound management solution into the NHS and Private hospital space. Your primary responsibilities include recruitment, motivation, performance review, and development of your team. You will be responsible for approximately 80% of your time spent in the field with the team, enhancing their skills and ensuring they meet targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have at least 10 years of Surgical commercial sales experience, along with 3-5 years of proven sales leadership/management experience. Exceptional sales achievements, IT expertise, and strong interpersonal and motivational skills are essential. It is crucial that candidates possess surgical/in-theatre/operating room experience, with Haemostasis experience/theatre-based wound closure sales experience being highly advantageous.
