Job Title: Project Lead Scotland

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering successful projects to clients in the construction or utilities industry.

About the Role:

This hybrid position requires three days of on-site work across Scotland and two days of remote work, focusing on driving culture changes to improve collaboration amongst teams and with customers and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and continuously delivering value to customers through excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive collaborative approaches amongst teams and with external partners.
  • Lead project delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Experience working with clients in the construction or utilities industry.
  • Ability to travel for projects in the UK and Ireland.
  • Confidence in presenting to large groups and engaging stakeholders.
  • Hold a formal project management qualification.
Benefits:

A competitive salary up to £95,000 per annum is offered for this role.
