About the Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Programme Lead - Scotland to join our team and lead the delivery of our programme management services in Scotland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will involve managing client relationships, delivering high-quality project management services, and collaborating with internal teams to identify business opportunities and develop new initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality project management services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities and develop new initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their professional development.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in programme management, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
  • Degree educated in an Engineering, Construction, or Real Estate related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
