We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Programme Manager to join our team in Edinburgh, GB. As a key member of our Cyber Security portfolio, you will be responsible for delivering multiple change projects that support the achievement of our Group strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Financial Services company, Royal London, where you will have the chance to lead complex change initiatives, driving through changes in Security and Infrastructure. You will be working across cyber security focused projects, translating between Business and Technology teams to deliver successful outcomes.

About the role:

  • Manage and execute programme-level planning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, technology teams, and business partners.
  • Analyse project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
