Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving software solutions using various engineering practices. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have sound knowledge of good data practices and demonstrable experience of applying these in solution designs. You should also have a solid grasp of different project methodologies, project lifecycles, major phases, dependencies, and milestones within a project. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Consumer Credit Risk or related financial areas such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology.
