Key Responsibilities

The Disaster Recovery Lead will coordinate response to business disruptions by assessing incidents, activating business continuity plans, and managing ongoing communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading the Group's Business Continuity Plan
  • Identifying and assessing potential business risks
  • Maintaining detailed records of incidents and responses

The ideal candidate will have a degree in emergency planning, risk management, or a related field and certification from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) or equivalent. Experience in project management, coordinating incident response efforts, and developing training programmes is highly desirable.
