Theatre Recovery Lead

The Highfield Hospital seeks a skilled Perioperative Care Specialist to lead and manage the recovery theatre team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating staff training, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Operating Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective care for patients during their perioperative phase.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals in the recovery theatre.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care and support the management of care provision.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and assemble equipment as required.
Requirements:
- Holds HCPC registration
- Experience working in an Operating Department or similar environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work regular and flexible shifts
Salary and Benefits:
$63,000 - $83,000 per annum.
