We are looking for a talented Recoveries Manager to lead our team in recovering monies from fraudsters and dishonest policyholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and experience handling complex recoveries.

The Recoveries Manager will be responsible for managing cases involving costs and exemplary damage recovery where claimants have been found guilty of fundamental dishonesty. They will also work on claims related to policyholders who have misrepresented themselves when purchasing policies or pursuing fraudulent first-party claims.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have the ability to manage recoveries in commercial, EL and PL contracts, particularly those involving third-party targets.
