This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary package that is dependent on experience. The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for customers and sales teams, including integrity testing data and product testing compatibility.
  • Manage technical reports for product testing and customer validation studies.
  • Oversee product quality documentation (e.g., Validation Guides, product certification) and product approvals.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, responding to internal/external audits and managing regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, EU).
  • Collaborate with R&D on new product development, defining product specifications and identifying test sites.
  • Work with marketing and sales to ensure effective product launches, including positioning, pricing, and training.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline (Biological, Food, or Life Sciences preferred), experience in product management and/or sales, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, experience in a process industry (e.g., pharma, fine chemicals or Life Sciences), and experience with regulatory and compliance issues in highly regulated industries.
