Sales Account Manager

As a Sales Account Manager at PHMG, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the seamless integration of our cloud-based phone solutions. Your primary focus will be on newly onboarded clients, where you will enhance their operational efficiency and elevate their customer interactions by introducing our cutting-edge 'Complete Caller Experience' service.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond account management, as you will strategically position our technical solutions to generate additional revenue and unlock the full potential of their communication infrastructure.
With exceptional interpersonal skills, you will instill a sense of value and anticipation in our clients, fostering a dynamic that feels less transactional and more partnership-oriented right from the start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in targeted outreach to warm prospects daily, including CEOs and key decision-makers
- Establish instant rapport with clients, demonstrating your ability to connect and communicate effectively, emphasizing the technical advantages of our cloud telephony solutions
- Demonstrate an expert-level understanding of cloud telephony, effectively communicating technical benefits to existing clients
- Work collaboratively across various teams to deliver top-quality technical solutions that exceed client expectations
- Deliver industry-leading customer service to ensure a continuous improvement in client satisfaction
Measures of Success:
- Proven experience in an outbound technical sales role, or targeted Account Management role
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks, manage time, and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the cloud telephony
- Proven ability to identify challenges, devise effective solutions and navigate complexities inherent in the technical sales process
- A strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets, coupled with a strategic approach to leveraging warm leads
