We are looking for a highly skilled Transition Support Coach to join our team at The Forward Trust.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job

As a Transition Support Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping prisoners transition back into society. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and provide guidance on employability skills.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work with prison learners to undertake inductions, prepare and review Digital Personal Learning Plans, and provide support and motivation to clients to achieve their goals.

Main Duties
  • Coach prisoners on a one-to-one and group basis at the induction and review stages of the process.
  • Support prisoners at the Employment Hub and resettlement stages of their journey.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments to ensure effective service delivery.
