We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 14-17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.

About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that enables young people to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally. You will work closely with our team to provide individualised support, engage in activities, and promote positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans to promote positive outcomes
  • Engage in activities that promote social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full driver's licence and access to a car
  • Experience working with young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for providing high-quality care and support
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
