About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher to join our team as a Conversational AI Research Executive/Manager. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for championing the adoption of Conversational AI across various markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with in-market research teams to maximize their utilization of our Conversational AI toolkit.
  • Develop tailored training programs for each market, building expertise and sharing learnings within the CAI Delivery team.
  • Design and implement Q.Bot and Sensory Bot projects, ensuring streamlined delivery and providing high-quality data reports.
  • Provide integrated analysis support, uploading data to relevant platforms and guiding teams on usage.
  • Support storytelling development, flatplanning sessions, and debrief discussions, using knowledge and findings to strengthen capabilities across all projects.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working as a Researcher, with a strong understanding of Conversational AI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with in-market teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
